see all reviewsLove Lari's guidance on a gentle recovery class with her firm grounding presence. Just the right amount of movement and breath. I always get a deep restorative savasana at the end and wake up feeling like a new human 😄 Thanks Lari ✨

see all reviewsOpen Mat always gives a warm welcome. I love the top notch customer service from IG queries, the reception, up to the sanitation of the mats and locker room. Everything is clean, pleasant and so conducive to a stress-free practice. Enzo, the Yoga Instructor, takes the time to get to know the yoga journey of each student and adjusts the class accordingly. He provides options for the poses depending on what’s available to each student. This is my second class with him and I’m very satisfied again with what I achieved mentally, emotionally and physically afterwards. What a wonderful way to spend Saturday mornings!

see all reviewsLove love LOVE this studio! Very exclusive, and Coach Samantha is the best for beginners! She led us through a flexibility-based chest-opener flow today, so no need for strength. Focus is more on trusting the hammock and being free with your movements. Definitely going to come back. :))

see all reviewsI almost died 🥵😂 Great class with teach Fairy! My only suggestion is to add a sign by the gate, as the studio can be a bit difficult to find on the first visit. It's located inside the white building with the gray gate and townhouses, right at the very corner of Malaya St, Then go to townhouse “H” left side and the studio is on the 2nd floor. If the gate to enter the studio is still closed when you arrive, try calling out to the guard inside for assistance (Or just pace around looking lost like I did & he will help u out lol)

see all reviewsI didn't catch the instructor's name from the Saturday, July 26th 8am class, but he was excellent. Even with a hoarse voice, his cues for form and breath were spot-on. Small group of just four of us, so it felt very personal. It flew by! Marketed as beginner but felt more like a solid intermediate, challenging in the best way.
