see all reviewsClasspass wouldn’t let me write reviews for Raquel and Moujan’s heated strength class so I’ll add it here. I’ve been coming religiously to these instructors (Jessica too of course) and they are all so talented, encouraging and challenging in their own ways. It’s become a bit of an obsession coming from a Lagree instructor myself. I highly recommend!

see all reviewsThis was my first experience with this specific class. I found the class to be enjoyable, and the teacher's energy was impressive. The staff recognized me from previous visits, although I had not attended in some time, and not for this particular class. The workout was challenging and induced sweating, yet it also felt refreshing. The music played by the instructor was highly effective in motivating the group. For those new to the class, I recommend feeling at ease, as everyone is welcoming. So far, I have not had trouble finding parking, but it is crucial to arrive promptly to get settled. I will definitely return.

I’ve practiced this style of breathwork before, but Daphne’s guidance made the experience feel especially powerful, safe, and supportive. I arrived with no expectations and found myself releasing so much through tears, yelling, and screaming. It was deeply cathartic, surprisingly fun, and exactly what I needed.

If you want to actually feel strong, relaxed, and powered and grounded after a class this is the one you need to take. A lot of the other classes at different studios are just more breathing exercises, which is fine but here I feel like I’m still strong while addressing all the little aches and pains that pregnancy can bring. I didn’t even know about it but the instructor was nice enough to offer for me to stay. It was just a stretching relaxation amazing class. I feel like a brand new person before the class I felt like I needed a massage and after I felt renewed…she used a massage percussion gun as well as did Reiki. I literally feel like my energy is totally opened up all these good things started happening after I got a random check ha ha and a super nice gift that came in the mail. She also said she has a book coming out I’m super interested in it. Definitely follow her and try this class out of any class. I’m telling you it’s a must! There is a parking structure right underneath. Just make sure you enter through the small alley near the parking valet area. Vibration is so good for you. It drains lymphatic system. I’m telling you I’ve not felt this relaxed in a long time. The original class … this class that I booked was so hard 27 minutes and I’m definitely gonna be soar. I was dying. see all reviewsGreat workout overall—you definitely sweat a lot! The instructor is kind. One area for improvement would be the pacing, as the flow of class felt a bit rushed at times. I also think the class could benefit from incorporating the ab section earlier or midway through the workout, since I was pretty exhausted by the end and couldn’t engage my core as effectively. A little more vocal energy and enthusiasm from the instructor would also help elevate the overall experience. That said, it was a challenging and effective workout, and I left feeling like I got a great sweat in.
