see all reviewsIve driven past this studio every day going home and finally decided to check it out after so many gf told me about it. The studio was so clean and spacious. I did the xformer class with Sophia, and it was the perfect challenge! My core and my legs were shaking, but in a good way. Audio was great. We could hear her clearly, and the music wasn’t overpowering. Some studios the microphone is soooo overblown and it’s distracting. Especially if you have permanent ear damage. But not here! I appreciated that. The room was lit well. Not too bright and not too dark. Overall, great experience. I’ll definitely be back. Maybe to try the mat Pilates.

If you want to actually feel strong, relaxed, and powered and grounded after a class this is the one you need to take. A lot of the other classes at different studios are just more breathing exercises, which is fine but here I feel like I’m still strong while addressing all the little aches and pains that pregnancy can bring. He came to check up on me regularly throughout class and made sure I was doing okay, or as best as I could be doing given I was struggling with the class a LOT. The 26x2 class was intense, and the studio was WAY hotter than any other heated studio I have been to, but it was like a religious experience and I’m so glad I pushed myself to stay the entire 90 minutes. That being said, this is not for the weak, don’t walk into it thinking it’s going to be like any other yoga class, I literally cried and couldn’t tell if there were tears or sweat streaming down my face

see all reviewsInstructor was great — I really appreciated the form corrections during weightlifting. Anyone recommending catching the sunset after class is automatically my kind of people. Front desk staff was also super welcoming, took time to chat, and gave me a thoughtful tour, which I always notice. Only downside was the amenities situation. Schlepping my mat and multiple personal towels around town isn’t exactly the luxury fitness experience I expect from a 12+ credit studio class. It’s giving… Planet Fitness with better lighting. Spending extra for basics that are included at comparable studios just isn’t super enticing, and I was also disappointed the chilled towels advertised weren’t actually available. That said, I’d absolutely come back for a 6–9 credit class and happily schlep my entire household with me for a genuinely good workout. Thank you!

see all reviewsGreat workout overall—you definitely sweat a lot! The instructor is kind. One area for improvement would be the pacing, as the flow of class felt a bit rushed at times. I also think the class could benefit from incorporating the ab section earlier or midway through the workout, since I was pretty exhausted by the end and couldn’t engage my core as effectively. A little more vocal energy and enthusiasm from the instructor would also help elevate the overall experience. That said, it was a challenging and effective workout, and I left feeling like I got a great sweat in.
