The format was laid back, and even though all of the students were at different levels, he kept us busy by teaching different moves based on our level. it was actually the first time I did dynamic movements rather than static poses so I was really excited about trying something new!

Level two was nonstop songs for the first half and then handstands and cartwheels, something I’ve never done before in my life. Didn’t know it was possible until today!

see all reviewsI fell in love with aerial at Believe! The community here is so chill and supportive. I love the feeling of progress with each class. The intro classes can feel intimidating bc they mix first timers with people that have been taking classes for a while. But I think it just goes to show that consistency pays off! Kennedy and Melissa are kind and great instructors as well:) def recommend trying out all the different apparatuses. The only con is that parking can be difficult and classes get canceled if only 1 person is signed up
