De melhoria - assim como na Leela - tb achei os mats muito próximos um do outro. Onde fiz a aula era rabo na cara do vizinho toda hora hahaha

see all reviewsI absolutely loved this yoga class. Normally, I’m more into Pilates and not the biggest yoga person, but this class completely changed my mind. It was the perfect mix of relaxation, stretching, and strength training, especially for the arms. The atmosphere made it so easy to really switch off, reconnect with yourself, and fully relax while still feeling like you got a great workout. By the end of the class, I genuinely felt like a new person. I’ll definitely be coming back again.
