see all reviewsFirstly the staff are so amazing! I joined a spinning class, and the instructor was clear , warm, and welcoming. The class, music, and workout routine was exactly what I expected a spinning class to be! She totally delivered!! I burned 500 calories in 50 minutes.The gym is clean, boasting pilate,yoga, and a kickboxing studio! There are so many options for cardio and weight training. Last but certainly not least, there is a sauna and jaccuzi room to unwind!
