I loved all the dancing on the bike—it made the workout fly by and kept me smiling the whole time. Migdy does a great job explaining the moves. From my very first class, I felt welcomed and encouraged, and it quickly turned into something I genuinely look forward to every week. The instructor creates a fun, supportive environment, and the community here is incredible. everyone is friendly, uplifting, and just happy to dance. Whether you’re brand new or have experience, you’ll feel comfortable and included. If you’ve been thinking about trying it, just do it! you might just fall in love with dance like I did 😊
