Everyone there was so welcoming and encouraging and I am planning to attend as often as I can. I never have this much energy or feel this great on a Tuesday night lol. Cannot recommend enough!

That said, this was a really fun, high energy class that will give you a taste of dance trance, and help you decide if dance fitness is right for you.
