see all reviewsDawn Patrol Yoga really knows how to pick their instructors! Everyone I’ve taken has been so great and knowledgeable. This was my second time taking Jordan’s class this week! It’s slow-paced, classic yoga focused on balance, breathing, and moving with your body. Not an intense workout, but perfect for stretching out those stiff muscles, especially if you do hot sculpt or lift! Definitely adding yoga to my weekly rotation!

see all reviewsAs a nursing student and someone who works out regularly. This is the perfect class for cool down, recovery and just giving yourself grace for an hour. I love the slow pace, long holds and atmosphere in this class. There’s lights, calming music and essential oils that really add to the experience. I am looking forward to coming to one of these classes again in the future!

He makes you feel comfortable by offering modifications and alternatives for different levels, while still encouraging you to challenge yourself. I left feeling stronger, lighter, and so refreshed. His class was especially great for getting me back into yoga, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone new to yoga or looking to deepen their practice. Can’t wait for my next class! 🧘🏻♀️

see all reviewsMia was a great teacher and made sure everyone was able to keep up with the different movements + any needed modifications. 100% will be back to take a class from her again. Music was at a reasonable level and while she didn't use a mic, we were able to hear and understand her clearly.

see all reviewsCorePower Yoga (Tustin) – CorePower 1 (C1) Rating: 5/5 After an intense training week under the barbell, the C1 format at the Tustin studio was exactly what my nervous system and joints needed for active recovery. While higher-intensity classes like C2 or Sculpt focus heavily on heat and conditioning, this mildly heated foundational flow provides the space to actually slow down, decompress the spine, and open up tight shoulders, traps, and hips without feeling rushed. The instructor Melissa gave clear, intentional alignment cues and allowed plenty of breath-to-movement cadence that helped release accumulated tension. The studio space was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, creating a solid environment to reset physically and mentally. It’s an ideal session for strength athletes, lifters, or anyone needing a low-friction, restorative mobility practice to balance out high-impact training. Highly recommended if you’re looking to focus purely on foundational alignment and breathwork.

see all reviewsThis was my first time ever on a hoop and, with the instructor’s guidance and motivation, I was able to complete an entire routine by the end of class! It was so fun and I’m very happy with the amount of moves that were included for a beginner session. I also appreciate we were encouraged and given time to record the results, as I’d love to remember it and share it with others. Great vibes from the instructor as well!

The instructor was excellent at curating a relaxing and inviting mood, guiding us through a peaceful practice. The reiki and sound bath were amazing, and my class got to enjoy an extended sound bath. Wonderful space with a kitchen and seating area to enjoy tea. A note for jumpy people, there is a train that passes right by the studio and you can hear the rumbling of the carts.

see all reviewsI was surprised to break a sweat in this class! I came in with extremely sore muscles from an intense workout yesterday, but left feeling looser and more flexible. I loved the rhythm of this flow, and appreciated that we took a few sets to get into a faster pace. Bowls at the end were a nice touch to get completely grounded. Plus some tea on the way out 🙂 Bummed I won’t be able to make the rest of this series, but grateful for today!

see all reviewsOkay, YIKES!! in the best way! 😂🔥 My glutes and abs are STILL sore three days later! This was a more traditional Pilates workout than some of the classes I’ve been trying lately, with a definite lower-body, core, and glute focus. I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical when I first walked in, but that disappeared once class started. The instructor was fantastic, the workout was challenging, and I loved it! Apparently my glutes found some muscles they forgot they had. 😂 Such a great workout, I’ll definitely be back!

see all reviewsI love the small class size and time frame of this class. Due to the small class size, Nicole had the time to give me feedback on my poses to ensure I positioned myself correctly. This was my first time implementing pilates into my workout routine as I only have been attending yoga classes before. However, I appreciate the introduction of pilates into today's workout. I would definitely return here as I found that yogalates further helps develop my flexibility and core strength.

see all reviewsIt was my first time trying poms and I have limited dance class experience. It was so fun and lively! We ran through an entire routine to Womanizer by Britney Spears. Loved the song choice and big energy of the choreo. The instructor let the class decided when to start from the top and when to keep building on to the routine, which was appreciated. There were specific spots in the choreo where I’d get lost and would forget the next move and the instructor would run through it again, check in with me, and cue the next move. This helped me enjoy it regardless of my skill level. I especially appreciated that he encouraged us to grab our phones and record the full run through to leave class with a memory of the final product.
