see all reviewsStella is mindful, creative, and empathetic. She led a powerful class and gave great tips! I am suggesting that she reminds students to use their quiet indoor voices at the end of class, as some people choose to stay in chavasana for a few more minutes. (I unfortunately left feeling a bit violated by 2 students talking about their plans for the day incredibly loudly 20 inches from my ear while I was still recovering. It was incredibly disrespectful, and I couldn’t believe they were that oblivious.)

I did have some difficulty however I will get better. With that being said Britt gave wonderful instructions and tips throughout the class. Her routine and energy was REFRESHING. She normally instructs Yoga Sculpt which I have not tried…at this time. I really hope she does more Mat Pilates classes. I recommend.

It’s slow-paced, classic yoga focused on balance, breathing, and moving with your body. I love that she constantly changes things up, so it never feels repetitive. The variety of poses she includes is much better than other classes I've taken, and it really provides a great challenge. I just wish the strength and cardio classes next door were scheduled at a later time so they didn’t overlap with yoga. The music can be distracting when you’re trying to meditate.

see all reviewsAn informational review: very fast paced workout: in order to try and maintain better form, i slowed my pace down and just did what i needed to. dark room: it was difficult to see any of the weight sizes. full body workout: just pick the weights you need for arms and the weights you need for legs. i personally introduced myself to the instructor and explained my needs, otherwise it was very busy and she had to set up for the next class. instructor had a great tone and explained things very well. form was not priority, so please know how to lift weights properly. so many of us booked for the class, it was a tight squeeze. overall it was a great class if you are seeking motivation and cardio with weights.

see all reviewsCorePower Yoga (Tustin) – CorePower 1 (C1) Rating: 5/5 After an intense training week under the barbell, the C1 format at the Tustin studio was exactly what my nervous system and joints needed for active recovery. While higher-intensity classes like C2 or Sculpt focus heavily on heat and conditioning, this mildly heated foundational flow provides the space to actually slow down, decompress the spine, and open up tight shoulders, traps, and hips without feeling rushed. The instructor Melissa gave clear, intentional alignment cues and allowed plenty of breath-to-movement cadence that helped release accumulated tension. The studio space was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, creating a solid environment to reset physically and mentally. It’s an ideal session for strength athletes, lifters, or anyone needing a low-friction, restorative mobility practice to balance out high-impact training. Highly recommended if you’re looking to focus purely on foundational alignment and breathwork.

The pacing is deliberate, the sequencing allows for deep somatic release, and Nolan holds a steady, grounded container that makes it effortless to drop the armor and actually decompress. I liked that we evened out each side with the flows but it wasn’t repetitive like other yoga classes I’ve taken. This helped me to continue going in the heat and not get bored. The instructor did a great balance between stretching and challenging poses that required strength and balance. The heat felt great to loosen up my muscles and joints to get a deeper stretch. I will be returning!
