Started with a yoga stretch to prepare and then went into basic pole positions before setting us up with combinations to try, and then more positions and open dance at the end. The studio was amazingly clean, we were provided wipes to prep our own poles and even phone stands if you wanted to record yourself. The Beehive is very cute inside like a French boutique, a few items to buy and two big studios for classes. Parking is right across the street and Ferris will lead you in an unforgettable new way of expression. Took this class the day before my birthday and it kicked off the weekend with big energy and I left with confidence about my body and what I could do! Beehive even held onto my mat for over a week since I forgot it there!! Small entrance to a big experience, totally loved it.

She was amazing, welcoming, and made the experience enjoyable. 💕 The class was fun, and I really enjoyed learning and trying something new! One thing to keep in mind is that the room does get pretty hot! 🥵😂 I’m definitely a sweaty girly, lol! Karina was kind enough to turn on the AC and open a window, but it was still pretty warm, so I’d recommend bringing a towel with you. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend taking a class with Karina! 💗✨
