It was so fun and I’m very happy with the amount of moves that were included for a beginner session. I also appreciate we were encouraged and given time to record the results, as I’d love to remember it and share it with others. Great vibes from the instructor as well!

see all reviewsI signed up for the Body Combat class and quite enjoyed the experience! The workout reminded me of the kickboxing videos I used to do back in the day, with a little bit of that TurboJam/TurboFire energy. It was fun, energetic, and definitely got me moving. I didn’t realize when I signed up that the class was held inside a full gym, but I was pleasantly surprised by EOS. The gym was clean, the employees were friendly and welcoming, and the group fitness space and overall class experience were great. I really enjoyed the dynamics of Body Combat and felt like it was a fun way to get in a solid workout. I’d definitely come back for this class and would be interested in trying some of the other group fitness classes EOS has to offer!

Note that this class is beginner friendly but mixed level, there are some (incredibly friendly) advanced students and be prepared to either BYO or rent gloves for $5. It’s a super welcoming community with wonderful staff. This was my third class at FTWHH (I’ve done boxing HIIT and S&C). This was the most beginner friendly and a great place to start.

I find that very unhygienic. I was not told prior to taking the class that I should clean off the equipment before using it. Not exactly sure of EOS employees clean the equipment after but I doubt it because there was a class right after and that group used our sweaty mats.
