I have been looking for a great vinyasa class that truly made you sweat not so much from the temp of the room but because of an honestly great workout. It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. see all reviewsJill was very nice, I think her teaching style is not for me but I definitely got a good workout. She was very focused on form but I felt there was more concern with how our postures looked, as opposed to how they felt. For example, she kept telling me to straighten my leg in certain poses when I wasn't able to do so due to inflexibility. I also had trouble understanding many of her cues. On top of that, the room we did yoga in was extremely echoey, which made it difficult to hear. But the studio as a whole is lovely and much more spacious than it looks from the outside, and there are showers. Even though I had a mixed experience, I'm keeping my review at five stars because I don't like to hurt small businesses.

His Hatha yoga style, combined with his teacher training in India, made the experience feel very traditional and grounded. He was incredibly attentive throughout the class, taking the time to observe each person and guide them based on their individual experience level. I appreciated how he built on where each student was, rather than teaching in a one-size-fits-all way. It created a more personal and meaningful practice.
