I just wanted a blow-in and had minimal expectations, but Susan’s technique (and speed as well) without feeling like I was rushed, made it one of the best blowouts I’ve ever had. My hair was wavy, bouncy, and just felt overall natural and fresh. If I didn’t do it via Classpass, their rates are also reasonable with a promo from M-TH, Rm48 for wash & blow. Not the fanciest of salons, aesthetically, but very decent, good service - highly recommended :)

I’ve tried the Bangsar and IOI branches too — IOI is newer and feels super luxurious — but somehow I always end up coming back to MyTOWN 🤍 I actually keep changing hairstylists at the MyTOWN branch and honestly all of them are good, but today was my first time with CY and she’s sooo talented. What matters most to me is having a hairstylist that really knows how to make your hair look good ✨ Even though I only chose the normal wash & blow (no styling or anything), she still blew my hair so beautifully and made me feel so good for my date 🥹 I also did my brow trimming (plucking) with Grace because she’s always the most calm, gentle, and gives the most natural brow shape. Somehow it’s always less painful with her too 😭 I always go to Grace for my brows.
