I had taken a pilates mat class the day before and was a little sore, but I was still able to complete all the exercises and had a challenging workout. I liked all the different ways we used the Megaformer machine!

This was my first ever reformer class and Lexi took the time to go over some basic exercises and how to use the machine with me before the class. I love that it was a low impact workout and how such small, simple movements can make such a huge impact. I really felt the burn. Truly a full body workout!
