see all reviewsHello! I had a wonderful massage with Tia. Unfortunately, right before my massage, the door was locked and no one was answering. I thought the business was closed and asked ClassPass for a refund. Then, three minutes later, the massage therapist came out and told me I could still receive the service. I just want to make sure that your business was in fact compensated by ClassPass. I keep talking to a chatbot and it seems impossible to get a person. Let me know if not? The massage from Tia was the best I’ve had and I want to keep coming back!
