see all reviewsvery very challenging for me but i'm so glad that i experienced this class and the teacher lynne (i hope im spelling that right) was AMAZING! i'm new to yoga so i feel uncomfortable in the classes sometimes but she showed me exactly what i was supposed to be doing and modifications for the poses i couldn't do! will def be back for more classes even if there different ones 🥰

I’m just coming back from a trip with lots of flights and driving so tonight’s hip opening flow was exactly what I needed. I can’t always make it to Amanda’s usual class, but I’m always happy when I can make it work. Great studio, awesome teachers, and genuinely kind souls. 90° Yoga is my home studio for sure. Nowhere else compares.
