It was an awesome work out and I think the more classes you take the more confident you feel just like with anything else. Zoe was so friendly and welcoming and had such fun choreography! From the moment class started, their energy was warm, welcoming, and genuinely motivating. What really stood out was how attentive Diane was, constantly checking in, making sure everyone had proper form, and offering modifications when needed. It felt like a personalized experience even in a group setting. I walked out feeling stronger, more aligned, and honestly excited to come back for more. If you’re new to Pilates or just looking for an instructor who truly cares about your progress and confidence, this is the class to take. Absolutely outstanding🩷

see all reviewsI forgot to add my review when i had class like almost a month ago but Denise deserves her recognition i just thought of her and wanted to share. She is so kind and welcoming and for a first timer who has a handful of classes so far i felt like i was really getting into what Pilates is here. I loved how intimate it is w the set up, it can be an adjustment bc you're like right there but it makes the connections over Pilates motivating to finish that movement etc, idk i just really enjoyed my time there and Denise was a perfect welcome to the studio. I hope to get into her classes again
