The staff was so warm and welcoming, and was able to accommodate storing of my carry-on bag while I attended the class. Receptionists ensured I knew where everything was and all amenities offered. The workout is challenging enough to feel like a really good workout, but still approachable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated how Jess helped correct form throughout the class, which made me feel more confident and supported. I really enjoyed the class and would definitely recommend it!
