see all reviewsI took the deep stretch class, this instructor is very relaxing and the stretches helped me feel so good after. Also I love how she doesn’t go super hippie with the flow of words, her style is more natural and authentic, I loved it!

The studio is clean, open with natural light and fresh coastal air from the ocean just a moment away - the other students in the class are welcoming and friendly. One of the best yoga classes I’ve ever attended! I left having learned new postures and new ways to access them, along with having much more space in my joints, blood flow to tissues and a calm and relaxed mind!! Truly one of a kind

Class flew by with her unique and fast paced format which still flowed intuitively between each move. Excellent cues throughout class with thoughtful individual corrections.
