I call it meditation because the candlelit vin was less yoga poses and more mindfulness relaxation. Still loved every part of it! Great for after a day of stress at work.

see all reviewsI liked the setup, the heat, the full service. Instructor was so sweet, welcoming, kind, and encouraging. She made sure to remember and to use our names, she is really professional and knowledgeable. It was very clean and so helpful that she provides yoga mats, snacks, towels with tea tree oil, and cold bottled water. I would encourage the instructor to add more mirrors behind her and some in front of the curtains, as it is helpful to see yourself when exercising.

It felt like a place where you could focus and take care of yourself as soon as I came in. The teacher was great. She knew a lot about her field and was clearly passionate about it. She pushed us to get the most out of the workout in the greatest way possible, while yet being patient and understanding of varying levels. I never felt like I was going to give up; I just felt encouraged. It was the right mix of a terrific workout and a friendly atmosphere. I'll be returning for sure!
