The instructor was great at guiding the class from start to finish. She made sure everyone understood the movements and kept an eye on form throughout. I work from home and don’t have a lot of upper body strength, so I was a little nervous going in. She adjusted things for me and gave me alternative movements so I could keep up while still getting a solid workout. Overall, it felt supportive and well structured. I left feeling accomplished and more confident, and I would definitely go back.
