see all reviewsThis was my first rowing class and I love it. Reception was friendly and easy. She showed me how to check in for future classes and read the board for what equipment would be needed for this evening’s class. The studio was nice, neat and clean as were the rowing equipment. Lori provided a detailed breakdown of how to row before class and kept an eye on the first timers and provided us feedback on our form throughout class. I love feedback when trying something new. She also explained the time, splits and row count metrics. I loved the large flat screen that shows the class (crew) combined meters and our splits and row count - it encouraged me to row harder to hit the targets set by Lori. A gentleman was celebrating his 500k meter mark and I loved how supportive everyone was of the achievement. I enjoyed the music selection and lighting. There was enough space between the rowing machines to do our weight exercises and I didn’t feel claustrophobic. I’ll definitely be making this a weekly routine. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

see all reviewsWater aerobics is fun! You should bring your own towel, as the YMCA towels are really tiny. There’s a locker room you can use for free with no need to bring a padlock. Water shoes aren’t essential but are nice. Free parking in the underground garage attached to the building.

see all reviewsThey wouldn’t let me take the class cause they said that it takes 15 minutes to set up the equipment. They also told me they were gonna return my credits and it doesn’t look like they were returned. I probably won’t go back, but I do typically enjoy roadhouse and I have taken a class there before and it was good.
