The class was the perfect pace and the instructor was very helpful and gave options of all experience levels for many exercises. There is a parking lot so no paying for parking which is great. They offer showers but you have to finish within 30 minutes after class

I have been attending nexus gym for the past 2 years. This gym is very special. I have never seen a gym create such a welcoming community like Marielle and Ashley have created here. The curriculum offers a very good blend of weightlifting classes as well as strength/conditioning classes, so there are plenty of options based on what you are looking for in your routine. For any class, there is a warmup followed by a stretch routine to start, which is helpful for preparing for the rest of the actual workout. The strength and conditioning classes are heavily influenced by cross fit, but I feel like this gym took out the difficult parts of CrossFit that tend to lead to injury yet still kept the intensity of those types of workouts. I typically attend 3-4 times a week, usually doing strength and conditioning on Mondays and Wednesdays and then doing weightlifting on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I can confidently say I am in the best shape of my life. I am very grateful Marielle and Ashley provide this program and this environment for people to better themselves in a supportive and enjoyable environment.

This is such a nice class with a good mix of cardio and strength training! I'm brand new to lifting and Kelsey took the time to show me the correct technique and figure out the correct amount of weight and adapt the workout to my skill level. I highly recommend this class and this gym to anyone who is looking for a quality gym workout!

Always love Lyv’s class, it’s challenging but good music & vibes. Wish she taught at the GOTG location though because the parking lot is much easier/less congested compared to the Nevada location.

This was a great class! I feel sore but not exhausted after. She corrected my form when I needed it, and that made a huge difference. Jessica is very nice, and a great conversationalist. I’m so excited to try some of her other classes!
