This was our first time at this Beach Town Yoga location and wow, the vibe was so different from our most recent experience at the St Pete location. Here at Safety Harbor studio, we saw NO PHONES once inside the practice studio; everyone was grounded and present. The vibe was so different (in the best way) - we loved it so much. It was the most perfect lunch break from work. We will DEF be back to this Beach Town Yoga location and to Kat's classes here!
