She had amazing spiritual energy and she shared it with the class. I was able to really sweat out some stress! I feel stronger and more relaxed after this class! Loved and would recommend!

The instructors made me feel very welcomed and challenged and encouraged me throughout the workout multiple times. A very different experience than the largo location.
