YogaFio® Balanced Body & Soul (Level 2/3)
see all reviewsKate is so kind and welcoming. Her classes allow room for you to grow in your practice and push yourself in ways you didn’t know were possible. I enjoy this class and her teaching so much. This was my second time taking Kate’s class and it was great
A holistic yoga and wellness center, we offer yoga, relaxation, and mindful living…Tone and Burn
see all reviewsThis was by far the hardest workout I’ve ever done. I was a little intimidated at first because I’ve never been to a class like this before but everyone was really encouraging. Greg was filling in for Joey today and took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated.
Vision is a fully integrated 15,000 sq. ft. fitness & martial arts training facility…Sound Restorative
see all reviewsAbsolutely loved the class with Susan here. I left feeling so relaxed, restored, and calm. This environment and experience was exactly what I needed. Although it was my first class here, it definitely won't be my last! (Also there is parking in the back of the building, and you have to go in the side door not the front door). Be sure to wear comfortable clothing. I wore tight yoga pants and a tight tank top and wish I would've worn looser clothes to be more comfortable.
Cincinnati Yoga School, the school for unlearning, non-doing, and absolute being…Muay Thai
see all reviewsAdmittedly I did not know what Muay Thai was when I decided to try the class. Was a little intimidated upon arrival but Jason was great, taking time to give me intro direction and everyone was encouraging. Important to note: if you are not looking to partake in being hit, they can accommodate that but important to set that expectation. The Gym supports novice looking for a workout to professional fighters. Not sure I’ll ever be a fighter but I am thinking to come back to the intro class. I sweat a ton, and am learning something new in a safe environment.
