I brought my mum along for her first ever barre class and Millie was so supportive and welcoming towards her, she really helped my mum to push herself and bring her out of her comfort zone! 10/10 experience I would definitely go back 💕

It was challenging in the best way, but I never felt like it was too much and I actually surprised myself with what I could do! I absolutely loved the class and will definitely be booking more classes with Emelia. 🤍
