see all reviewsVery good class for all levels. I am a beginner and this was my first practice. 3 coaches who were alle very nice and took their time to instruct me well and teach me basic techniques. After the workout I was very excited about how it went and how good it was. I will definitely come back and highly recommend to try this place.

see all reviewsHad a great experience at Muay Thai Innov8 MMA Bangkok! The trainers were friendly, patient, and very welcoming. Surprisingly, there was even a trainer who could speak Indonesian, which made the experience even more comfortable. The training sessions are compact and well-structured, making them perfect for beginners. What impressed me the most, though, was how incredibly clean the place is. The gym is spotless, and the AC is nice and cold—such a refreshing experience after a good workout! Overall, I really enjoyed training here and felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for beginners!

see all reviewsIt was my first time trying Sambo and I really enjoyed the experience! Coach Jerry was great at teaching and guiding us through the techniques, and I really appreciated how he made sure beginners could follow along. The class was beginner-friendly, even with some more experienced members around. They were all so friendly and supportive, and would even help spot us and make sure we could properly execute what Coach Jerry was teaching. It was also my first time trying sparring, which was definitely tiring but so much fun! 😂 I was exhausted after, but in a good way. Definitely a fun experience. 🤼🏻♀️🩷

She takes time guiding each student and was v hands-on especially when doing the more advanced tricks. She also allowed me to do another round of the flow because my video got cut. I also love the studio ⭐️ The rooms are clean and v cold. Staff are warm and welcoming.

see all reviewsI was 9 minutes late, but they still greeted me with a smile and assisted me. Prof was very patient, explaining each drill step by step until I was able to do it. I also loved how everyone around me made me feel included, even though they didn't know me. The space was clean, and the mats were soft to fall on. It was an amazing experience. I'm so glad I found Carpe Diem. Definitely booking again soon when time allows. Thank you so much!

see all reviewsMy second-ever Muay Thai class, and what a difference! My first class at another studio in Bangkok was horrible, so I wanted to give Muay Thai a second chance. I’m so glad I did. From check-in to the instructor, everyone was incredibly patient, encouraging, and understanding. As a beginner, I really appreciated that they took the time to teach without getting frustrated or rushing through everything. They actually made an effort to help me learn, which makes all the difference when you’re completely new. The class was challenging, as it should be, and definitely showed me where my weaknesses are. But instead of feeling discouraged, I left loving the experience and wanting to come back. The studio itself is also nice, with fans throughout, a covered roof, and one side completely open, so you get plenty of fresh air. I honestly couldn’t recommend Tiger Eye Martial Arts enough, especially if you’re a beginner who’s a little intimidated about trying Muay Thai for the first time. This is exactly the kind of experience that makes you want to keep learning!
