The playlist was excellent (2000s pop, house remixes, etc) and overall the vibes were high. Class was moderately challenging and you can definitely make it harder with heavier weights. I can’t wait to go back!

I love Yogabox but there’s a culture of people leaving before savasana and bringing/using phones in the studio room that can be disruptive and frustrating as another student. It’d be great if these sort of things could be more discouraged.

But I’m glad I returned to give more of a chance to the weight lifting part of F45. And now I know to ease into the more cardio oriented classes by starting Fridays which are the hybrid days for their scheduling. A lil cardio, a lil lifting.

I burned a ton of calories and I love that the air was on so I didn't feel gross with sweat even after working my butt off. I’m not sure how much extra aerobic benefit we’re getting by not having at least 2 minutes between pods, but worth mentioning as this feels pretty intermediate / advanced.
