Yogalates - Power Sculpt & Flow (S)
see all reviewsLovely space and felt very welcomed. Had a sub but she was great. You can really tell when someone truly loves what they do and that translated positively. It was like 100 degrees outside and the space was pretty warm—so dress accordingly. I usually focus on strength or circuit training, but I love Class Pass because it allows you to try new things outside your usual routine. This was a great place to try something new and learn a new way to think about my body and balance. Will definitely be back.

see all reviewsAmazing instructor and class. I had so much fun while working out. She gave different skill levels for each move which I really appreciated since I am a beginner. She was also very encouraging and demonstrated all of the moves so we knew what to do. I loved it and will be coming back!

see all reviewsMy first time trying aerial anything and it was so much fun. Challenging enough that I sweated but enough to make me hate it. 50 min flew by, which is always a good sign for me. Can’t wait to come back with friends!

see all reviewsYantong was highly knowledgeable and very patient and kind. He adjusted the class to our experience levels and I had a blast! I think there’s a common misconception that tai chi is for older people due to its slow pace. I disagree! The movements were more challenging to hold due to the pace, and it forced me to actually be mindful about my form (as opposed to blasting through reps). Additionally, the core work and forms involved prepare you for this and other martial arts. The teacher is great and the studio was easy to find in the fitness center. Highly recommend!
