I shared with her I was recovering from some injuries and for the first time in any Pilates class, we were offered a support tool for our lower back if needed. I definitely have lower back issues so I appreciated this gesture. Oasis has one of the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing studios I have ever seen. Love it here and all of the instructors I’ve worked with are amazing! (Tiffany, Krystel, and Ivy) It’s a blessing to be able to celebrate this woman owned and black owned business. 💖
