As someone who’s never done barre/pilates it was definitely a humbling class but I felt incredible after and can’t wait to go back. Nicole B. had a great energy and was very welcoming to beginners and very motivating!!

    The Hot Vinyasa Express

Khalid is a really good teacher, this was my first class with him and I really enjoyed it. The flow was a nice pace, the exercises were challenging and I definitely sweat a lot but he didn’t go so fast that it was confusing or hard to keep up with. I’d definitely book again.

My favorite instructor at this place. Great flow and instruction. Wish you could drown out the over attention-getting, Darth Vader breathing guy with music but I just need to stay on my own mat and ignore it. Good class - challenging but true to a vinyasa yoga and not weird. Appreciated.

    Ball Pilates

Ball Pilates is a very fun and engaging workout!! First time trying this class and working out at this gym, and the instructors truly care and are there for you. Great exercises using the stability ball and weights, and it is wonderful for any level. Awesome staff at the front desk as well! I’m excited to go back to Ball Pilates and try out more classes at this gym……I highly recommend!! 😊

The instructor gave amazing critiques! I was really sad when the class ended because it was so fun and engaging. The person working at the front desk was also super welcoming and kind. Sometimes there is a judgey vibe at other studios, but I didn’t feel that at all at this studio. They are accepting of everyone and there are even guys that attend the classes. Super beginner friendly and the instructor is so patient. She made sure to know all our names beforehand and ask if we had any injuries

    the clear headspace 30 min

Instructor was great although I would have appreciated music only (no instructor voice) during Shavasana. They need to have a notice on their website and in ClassPass about the potential parking challenges of the parking garage. I was stuck at the exit because the machine wouldn’t accept any of my cards, and no one from the Greystar Garage would answer the call button. After ten minutes of sheer frustration, someone came through the entrance and told me it happens VERY often and there’s another entrance / exit that I could use . She also informed me that The Works has a card that can be used to get in and out of the garage. Information such as this is really valuable for someone who is unfamiliar/ first time attendee. I thought I was stuck in the garage forever 🤣🤣🤣
