I got the Huli Huli Chicken meal. I loved that they had the option to get brown rice instead of white. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The teriyaki sauce was excellent. Meal came with a nice light macaroni salad and a cabbage salad. Both were equally delicious. I also got a Strawberry Guava Fresca. I felt really bad because i tried to cancel but it didn’t work. The staff prepared whaat they could and i was thankful. The cashier was a little sassy about the situation (understandable) but it was a honest mistake i will never make again. So heads up to make sure to not rely on classpass times and always check store hours. Aside from that the food is delicious

They gave me the missing items from my previous order and even gave me a free bowl for my next visit as an extra gesture for the inconvenience. 🥹❤️ I was honestly so uncomfortable having to explain the situation, but they handled it with so much kindness and made everything right.
