The mat location? Let's review my strategic life choices. I chose the premium real estate right by the cubbies. Very convenient. Very spacious. Plenty of room for people to gracefully navigate around me to put away their keys, shoes, and emotional baggage. Except for one free-spirited gentleman in very loose shorts who decided the most efficient path to his cubby was directly OVER me. Twice. Once is an accident. Twice is a scenic route. I did NOT stare. I was in deep, meditative, eyes-on-my-own-mat focus. But when nature presents itself at that altitude with no... uh... base layer... you notice. Lesson learned: Lindsey in the front = zen. Cubby spot = unexpected anatomy review. Next time I'm putting my mat in the middle.

The set was challenging but Kylan kept the motivation high and pushed me when I was ready to throw in the towel (though maybe that’s because he’s my brother in law, can’t get away with quitting 😆) Either way, 10/10 recommend his classes to beginners and pros alike!
