    Exhale Pilates Sculpt

Love the exercises in this class and instructor! It’s a great mix of movements and an excellent workout, especially with the weights incorporated. My only feedback is that the music was a bit too loud - I’ll probably bring earplugs next time.

Budsaba is so welcoming and easy to chat with. I felt very comfortable and welcomed in her space. The lymphatic drainage massage was excellent and I will be back for additional styles of massage from her!

    Microneedling

Forever Young Spa is in a great central location in Back Bay near Newbury Street yet the atmosphere inside the spa is so calming and pleasant. My esthetician was very kind and knowledgable. I had a wonderful experience at my micro needling facial appointment and would recommend Forever Young spa!

10/10, absolutely fantastic experience. Second time back, and would go again. I came in with a hurting neck, and the difference by the end of the massage was amazing. I still feel so much better two days later. Lisa’s a god send.

I really liked the experience! I really liked how you get your own sauna as well. They have a shower as well for when you’re done. I didn’t end up doing the plunge because the water looked a little muggy but I will definitely go back for just the sauna ! The staff were very pleasant as well.

    30 Minute Aescape (Book any day/time) - 30 Minutes

Lovely experience but the classpass way of going about it was a mess. It says that your classpass reservation isn’t actually a reservation and you will receive an email from classpass with the code to enter on the Aescape website to book your slot. I never received the code and had to go back and forth with classpass Aescape to resolve this as I was already on my way to the facility, and neither party wanted to take accountability. Classpass said they couldn’t access the code and Aescape said classpass was responsible for generating the code and sending the email. After I pushed, aescape gave me a new code and I was able to book! It allowed for any Aescape location, so I went with the equinox right across the street from this location because of the amenities. It included a day pass to the whole facility so I also got to use the steam room, sauna, cold plunge, and gym equipment if I desired - so bring a swimsuit if those interest you! The staff was also super nice and welcoming, I expected snootiness from such a fancy gym. Next time I will go much much earlier so that I can fully appreciate the experience! The massage itself was interesting, definitely takes getting used to and definitely doesn’t replace human hands, but I really enjoyed being able to give feedback and adjustments in real time, plus adjusting the table itself. Whenever I needed a break or to readjust, if I moved out of placement the machine would automatically pause. The clothing was a bit weird but definitely necessary. In the future I will do 60 minutes for the full effect. I went in scared to let a robot massage me but overall it was a really safe welcoming experience
