    Flow.

This is one of the better yoga classes I’ve recently been to by far. The instructor’s cues were unique, very helpful, and calming yet productive. The light calming background music and scent of incense was set the scene, the beautiful airy studio is so nice and the people are always so kind (instructor and other attendees). I also LOVE a yoga class that includes some inversions and her cues were great (from someone who regularly does inversions she taught it so well for beginners)

    Golden Glow Flow

Emma leads a well rounded and well balanced class — hitting a lot of muscle groups while also budgeting enough time for a warm-up and a cool-down. She offers variations for different skill levels and timely reminders that help you get the most out of your practice. Based on that alone, Emma is a standout. What really makes her exceptional though is her genuine warmth of spirit, friendliness and sense of humor. Highly recommend!

    C2 - CorePower Yoga 2

10/10! The instructor was great and the class was so well balanced in a way I have never experienced before. We spent about half the class going through a manageable flow and getting a good work out. Then we got to have play time and try something new where she showed us how to do something I never thought I’d be able to do! Then she added that challenge right into the flow she already taught us. I thought it was such an amazing progression that made everyone feel powerful, capable and challenged.

Hot Power Flow - In Studio

Facility is 1 star. The studio is inside Life Alive, similar to how Starbucks is in Target. No lobby storage for clothing/personal items, except for shoe racks in the corner. Clothes can only be hung inside the damp studio. There’s 1 shower directly adjacent to shoe racks for a studio that accommodates probably 30 or more students. Inside the studio, I estimate there’s fewer than 1-3 inches between mat markers. Literally tapped the girl behind me with my foot during half moon. I’m only 6’, my head was almost touching the wall when I bumped her. FIVE STARS only for my instructor who was creative with cues, sequencing, and instrumental music. Amazing yoga IF you show up and quickly leave just with your lil self. Crunchy.

Sacha has amazing energy! Honestly the best I have seen in my experiences with boston classes. She encourages you in such a fun way it makes you smile and the moves are very good too. She gives good explanations of the moves which I liked a lot. The room was not as hot I was used to like other hot studios. You sweat but you won’t be drenched which was also a nice experience.
