Sui Wild Pilates
see all reviewsI’ve been to Sui Yoga at least 4 times (including this class) and i always enjoy my time there. The ambience, the class structure, and the instructors are always nice. I like how the class starts out with some stretches, then it gets intense and it always ends with some breathing exercises and stretches as well. They change the lighting according to what part of the class we’re in so towards the end they always dim the lights or they completely shut off. You also get some red light as well. They always set the tone and energy for the room and class.

see all reviewsLoved this class! It was early and I was a bit sleepy so I appreciated that majority of the class was laying down lol, but don’t get me wrong, did not mean it was easy! Allison kicked my butt in the best way possible! The plank section at the end was craazzyyy. A lot of new exercises I’ve never tried too. Thank you, Allison!

see all reviewsLOVED this class and trinity’s energy. I’m not usually a fan of super heated workouts because I find them a little overstimulating, but she made sure not to have us move too quick so we didn’t get exhausted in the heat. I’ll definitely go back for more that was great and I feel so energized after!

I have been to beginner classes at other studios and sometimes they move too fast without explaining positions as if you’re supposed to know the terminology or learn it in one day. see all reviewsJake is an amazing instructor - so welcoming and supportive! He gave really clear cues and made sure we kept coming back to the breath, which I’ve found some more fitness-focused yoga studios lack. The class had a great flow and was the perfect balance between challenging and restorative. I felt so much better after - both in body and mind. The studio itself is a welcoming, clean and peaceful space and the reception team were super lovely and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good yoga class in NYC 👌

see all reviewsThis class was intense, but so worth it! I would say the heated room which ranged from 100-105 degrees made the workouts more challenging. Jennifer was AMAZING! She made everybody feel seen, welcomed and acknowledged everyone by name when they were doing a great job. I would go back here just for her classes. That’s how great she is. Also, it was so inspiring to see a beautiful strong older woman because it makes you even more motivated, like I want to be fit just like her!

Space was open, clean, and got warm, but it wasn’t a hot yoga class.

The instructor made it welcoming for all levels, encouraged modifications when needed, and demonstrated them throughout the class. The flow was great, with just enough recovery while she explained the next movement. I got an amazing workout and definitely worked up a sweat. Ending with Savasana and a cold lavender towel was the perfect finish. There’s also a bathroom with a shower, which was a huge plus after such a sweaty class. I’ll definitely be back!

If you need to get more water there is no water fountain only bottled water to purchase. The racks next to your station you can’t just easily pull out the dumbbells. It’s not the right sizing it’s just too tight so you have to manipulate it up and down to get it on there. It’s a small efficiency thing but it doesn’t let you easily grab or put back a weight.
