see all reviewsIt was my first class with Luisa. She held the class with calm and grace, always keeping a close eye on us offering cushions, yoga blocks to help us feel comfortable. Despite the occasional buzzing sounds from the speakers and background noises from people outside the class, the overall vibe was tranquil. Her sound bath was the perfect way to wrap up a long week. see all reviewsThis was my very first Pilates class, and it was a fantastic, challenging experience. The studio itself was very clean and hygienic. The instructor Leonie was incredibly attentive and considerate—she was constantly checking everyone's form and giving clear options for Levels 1, 2, and 3 so you could move at your own pace. I pushed myself a bit too hard in the heat, and she was so sweet, caring, and professional in helping me take a moment to recover and cool down. I felt incredibly safe and supported the entire time. Highly recommend!
