see all reviewsI have done Yoga Sculpt and CorePower Yoga 2 at this studio plenty of times, but this was my first ever CorePower Yoga 1 class. I saw the heat was not as high as C2, so I went for it. The pace is great for people new to yoga, but holding poses and flowing through movements slower made it a fun challenge for me as an experienced yoga student. I was still sweating quite a bit, so I recommend bringing at least a face towel!

Her cues were super clear, the transitions felt smooth, and I always knew what I was supposed to be doing. Plus, her music was good and made the whole class even more enjoyable. Would definitely book with her again!

see all reviewsJialing taught a slow flow class which reminded me of a traditional HATHA Yoga with a little bit of challenge added in some of the poses. I enjoyed that the class was not heated, and that it allowed me to sink into each posture rather than feeling rushed. I would attend again, and recommend to any student who needs the same qualities in a class. Great job 🫶🏽✨
