    This was my second All Out: Strength class at Tribe, and both classes have been really great workouts! I was a bit intimidated about going in for my first workout in a couple weeks after a bad foot injury, but I’m so glad I finally got in. My only comment is for the fellow shorties out there: be sure to speak up if you need help having equipment adjusted to your height! The coach will be more than happy to assist, and it helps yourself to speak up at the beginning of the circuit instead of in the second round.

    Jialing taught a slow flow class which reminded me of a traditional HATHA Yoga with a little bit of challenge added in some of the poses. I enjoyed that the class was not heated, and that it allowed me to sink into each posture rather than feeling rushed.
