see all reviewsI highly recommend this class for anyone who feels like they aren't moving enough, especially others that also wfh. I felt way less stiff leaving the class than I did coming in. Maya is fantastic! She has a great rhythm going through the class and offers great alternatives for more complicated or simplified stretches. Much needed and will definitely be back!
