She's always attentive in correcting posture and ensuring proper alignment. What I appreciate most is her focus on quality of movement and alignment over performance or intensity. She genuinely cares about helping her students move well, safely and with purpose. I honestly fell in love with her class after just one session. My only regret is discovering this studio and her so late in my Bali trip. If only I had found her sooner so I could have attended more of her classes! Every cue, correction and adjustment felt intentional and helpful, making the experience both challenging and rewarding.
