The session was relaxing, calming, and gave me space to slow down and reflect. I especially appreciated the insights I gained throughout the experience, and the combination of crafting cacao with the sound healing made it feel both grounding and meaningful. One of my favourite parts was that it was conducted as a one-to-one session (thankfully). It felt personalised, unhurried, and created a safe space to ask questions/be curious and open, and fully immerse myself in the experience. Thank you, Joanna, for such a peaceful and memorable session. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a restorative and mindful experience.

The staff is absolutely amazing, kind, and truly cares about their clients (a solid 10/10). They welcomed me with a smile and bottle of water and were incredibly accommodating when I asked to change rooms because of a mosquito. I really appreciate how quickly and politely they handled it! It is obvious that they just opened and are trying their very best. Since you are a new place, I would love to leave some gentle feedback to help you grow and become even better. It was a bit challenging to fully relax due to a few minor details in the atmosphere. The building has a vintage charm, but the floors are quite squeaky when the therapist walks around. Also, the room had standard bright lighting; adding some dim, soft lights would instantly create that perfect, relaxing spa vibe! (There was also some background construction noise, but I understand that is completely normal for Bali). Overall, your hospitality and customer service are outstanding. With just a few small adjustments to the room atmosphere, this place will be absolutely perfect. Wishing you the best of luck with your beautiful new spa!
