see all reviewsi appreciate these mobility classes with Luis, challenging in such a surprising way. it's the little detials that I wouldn't do or know on my own otherwise; which gets me to return again and again. And i noticed the difference in my joint mobility after each session.

Jiu Jitsu - Group Class

see all reviewsThe class was fun: we learned how to do the ginga, evasion, and basic kick for around an hour. Someone with prior movement, dance, or pilates experience would have an easier time to learn the coordination - and if you enjoy dancing, you would really find the movements graceful and fun. The coach gave clear instructions and taught you in detail about body alignment, and I found them helpful to make sense of the new moves. The location was easy to find too.
Viva Brazil Capoeira Indonesia Brazilian Martial art training centre & entertainment… Capoeira
see all reviewsInteresting found from ClassPass. This actually should be marked as a dance exercise. The 1st part was stretching, including cartwheel & handstand. The 2nd part was finding your groove (with basic movement called ginga). The 3rd part is dancing w your partner (ie. you take turns to kick each other). The 4th part is to sing, clap and play the percussion instruments.. Totally unexpected.
