Lana Del Rey Power Flow
see all reviewsThe heat was extreme today. The room was already 94° and super humid when we walked in. Though the heat was off, the temp climbed to 96° by the end of class and there was no air circulation so it felt like a sauna. Some people left early, and about 45 mins into class it seemed like at least 1/3 of the room was sitting out movement. It was a fun sequence and I loved the Lana playlist, but I literally thought I was going to pass out from the heat. Please at least open the doors for a cross breeze in the future!

see all reviewsThis class was insane, but in a good way! I def feel like the instructor gave a decent amount of breaks in between sequences. Very intense because of the heated room but I would def come again. Music was spiritual house, wasn't that big of a fan. But loved the instructor. They also came in and gave cold towels to everyone before the cool down section started!

see all reviewsGreat class! I was worried about some of the negative feedback, but I found for my first reformer class that the music was not to loud (I hate when small studios blast music and put the instructor on a mic). The instructor was very clear and provided feedback/guidance as needed. Very limited parking so be sure to get there early if you have to find street parking and walk. I showed up right at the class start time and thankfully was not turned away! I would suggest, unless this place does offers beginner classes, making sure you have some reformer classes under your belt. I’ve been doing reformer classes for two or three years at Align, so jumping into a new class here was seamless for me. I appreciate they have reformer classes on ClassPass! I’ll be back.

see all reviewsWow! Jill was amazing! It was my first day working out in over two months and I felt like I was a beginner all over again in her class! I brought a friend and I got the "wtf" look multiple times. It was exactly what I needed and I felt as if I was reborn after her class. I def would go again. She offered clear instructions. I was not the biggest fan of the sequence however, but I felt it was perfect for my friend who is a beginner. I'd def take her class again as I felt she offered a standard that originally lured me into CPY.

see all reviewsThe instructor was freaking out awesome!!! I did have a bad experience with the person manning the front desk while class was on. I had low blood sugar and needed to grab food from my car. She seemed like it was a huge inconvenience for her to open the door for me and she rolled her eyes at me when I sat on a couch that she was using as a prop to clean mats. Outside of that experience, everything was perfect and I’d do the class again.
