I’d recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so you have time to fill out the form and talk through your needs—she’s very thoughtful in tailoring the session. She took time to explain her approach and recommendations, which I appreciated. One thing that stood out (after 70+ massages!) was her unique flow—starting on the front, working down to the feet, then back up and finishing on the back. It was different from what I’m used to, but honestly, it worked really well. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be back.
