Barre
see all reviewsMy first barre class and it did not disappoint!!!! Truly the instructor, Tabi, set the vibes and tone to make it such an enjoyable class! Love her clear instructions and welcoming personality 🥹 she made sure our posture was correct throughout the class and would call out your name to cheer you on whenever you felt like quitting 😭 Plus her playlist was so good - if I wasn’t so out of breath I would be singing along out loud hahaha

see all reviewsIt was my first yoga class with Sophie, and I really enjoyed the experience! The environment was super calm and relaxing, and her soothing voice made it even more peaceful. She’s a wonderful instructor who explains and demonstrates each movement clearly. I especially appreciated how she gave students individual attention, helped us improve our poses, and made adjustments to accommodate different needs and abilities!

Kim was an amazing instructor, super attentive and I’d absolutely love to be back for another intro class with her! Super welcoming, amazing playlist, and gave us a segment for recording ourselves which is cute since I went with friends! (make sure you respect others privacy ofc)

Adult Ballet - Beginner
see all reviewsLoved the class! But HEED the warnings! This is not beginner ballet and won’t be good if you do not have any ballet experience. I was very lost the entire time. Also do NOT go up the stairs from the deep end of the parking lot. I got stuck. Go up from near the parking lot entrance.
