Not in a bad way in a good way. I enjoy a nice hard workout session that makes me feel so great after. I definitely recommend taking Ben for a class if you want a really good workout. I’ll be back for more that’s for sure!!

She was great at cueing different movements, encouraging people to challenge themselves but also creating a safe space for them to take things at their own pace. I found her demoing the positions and how to mount the reformer for certain positions super helpful! Would definitely recommend her class and take it again.

see all reviewsCarina was a great instructor. perfect intro class that included a warm up with stretching and then showed us 3-4 moves including rotating ones. my friend and I were able to do all but one of the moves but had fun and were challenged. definitely not easy and takes some practice but carina was very friendly and encouraging.
