Abs & Booty Sculpt
see all reviewsA good challenge for anyone who wants to start strength training sessions. Guaranteed sweat with a lot of core and leg work in a heated class condition. Bella is very motivational and encouraging, she also provides options for us to choose from and corrects your form whenever needed. Atmosphere at Damai Studio is also a plus point, surrounded by lush greenery, free parking outside, and friendly receptionists.

see all reviewsInstructor was clear and love the challenging but doable class, had a good sweat!! class a lil big so less personal adjustment but okay for me. Need to go early cos difficult to get parking. Also, one less star bcos I’d prefer receptionist be more informative and helpful abt where to go, where to change / toilets etc to first timers (like myself) instead of promoting membership only.

The space is at a rooftop - easily located at The Row, equipped with sauna rooms and cold plunge tubs to end the class. Definitely will come back for the other classes!

see all reviewsThe session was okay, the slow breathing counts is a bit too slow to endure for the whole class and it's unusually this slow for yin classes so that's something to take note of. The session ran way longer than it should, within an hour but it went past 20 minutes after that which was not something I enjoyed, I would prefer to stick to the time given and give a heads up to us so we have a choice to leave when the time is up, I felt my time was a bit wasted and disrespected to be honest. Other than that, the poses are alright and intimate classes are appreciated.
