I was able to bluetooth my music to the sauna and choose lighting that suited me best. I found the sauna easy to operate and it retained heat throughout my session. I slept so well that night. I will absolutely be back!

Had a choice of different coloured light to focus on different areas, chose the orange light for bronchitis and asthma benefits - within a few minutes could feel the heaviness in my chest lifting and whole body detoxing such a good feeling!! Will definitely be coming back to do the salt therapy along with the infrared therapy
